With over two decades of leadership in the building technology sector, Jose Morcillo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WOLF Building Technologies, where he spearheads innovative solutions in smart building and sustainable design. Jose joined building automation market in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and a visionary approach to urban development and architectural efficiency.
Jose’s career began as an telecommunications engineer, a role in which he excelled at integrating complex systems for energy management and building automation. His passion for blending technology with functional design quickly propelled him into leadership roles, where he has since been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and prominence in the global market.
Under Jose’s guidance, WOLF Building Technologies has achieved significant milestones, including the deployment of groundbreaking smart grid systems and the development of eco-friendly building solutions that have set new standards in the industry. His commitment to innovation is matched by his dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the company.
Jose holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Valencia, Spain, and an MBA from IESE Business School, which have equipped him with a robust understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry.

Martin Ruzo is the Chief Technology Officer at WOLF Building Technologies, where he is known for his strategic foresight and technical prowess in the smart building industry. Since joining WOLF Building Technologies, Martin has been pivotal in shaping the company’s technology roadmap, driving innovation in automation systems that enhance building efficiency and user experience.

Courtney Watson is a creative and visionary Interior Designer at WOLF Building Technologies, where she blends aesthetics with functionality to create spaces that are both innovative and sustainable. Courtney joined the team in 2023 and has since made significant contributions to the design of eco-friendly and technologically integrated living and workspaces.
With a degree in Interior Design, Courtney’s approach is deeply rooted in the philosophy that good design should be accessible and environmentally responsible. Masha Belousova is an accomplished Architect at WOLF Building Technologies, known for her innovative approach to sustainable architecture and her expertise in integrating advanced building technologies. Since joining the team in 2021, Masha has played a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge, energy-efficient buildings that enhance user experience and minimize environmental impact.
Educated at University of Kiev where she earned her Master’s degree in Architecture, Masha’s design philosophy centers on creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally intelligent and ecologically sensitive. Her work spans a variety of projects, from commercial high-rises to residential complexes, each reflecting her commitment to precision and sustainability.
Before her tenure at WOLF Building Technologies, Masha worked with several international architecture firms where she contributed to large-scale urban development projects and gained a broad perspective on global design trends and techniques. Her ability to adapt and innovate has been recognized with several industry awards.
